This project delimited the south/west party of the New centrality Zac (360.000m² to realize in totality) in Carrières-sous-poissy. It has the particularity to be privileged on the entrance of town and to being connected at the station of Poissy.
The Beauregard area mark the entrance of the city. The area is located in prow and develop a 130 meters of façade on a service road.
This strict alignment is constituted of housing and shops, they give a new scale for this area, view today like a big road with no life and a cut between the two parts of the town.
This island constitute a big area in Beauregard which 252 housings and 970m² of shops and 246 parking places.
This project is mark by a through passage and characterize by an implantation of housing in front of the public domain, which contrast with a heart of island.
At the corner of the terrain are the high points and on the central the low points.
This project has the particularity of being designed in collaboration with the Reichen & Robert and associates, which makes it possible to manufacture and enrich the architectural and typological variety.
